So how do you keep warm and healthy during the cold months? And what is the most efficient and effective way to heat your home? Consumer NZ CEO Sue Chetwin joined Paul Henry this morning. “Houses that are less than 16degC is a real heath issue. Upgrading the insulation is important, also double-glazed windows.
